「在學校不許叫我爸爸！」這是足球教練對兒子的鐵規。其實嚴厲的父親只是古早時代那種「心事誰人知」的男人。直到父親得到癌症，在病榻前，兒子暗自許下願望：「神啊！請你讓父親早點離開吧……」這是父子關係中，最殘忍也是最溫暖的一刻。父子關係，最早是競爭；長大後成了追隨。而父親，並不希望兒子最後成為遺憾的追隨者。
Shiro’s father is suffering from cancer. Facing the imminent death, Shiro starts to realize what his father has really meant in his life, and starts to enjoy their time together. One day, however, the doctor sentences that Shiro is also a cancer patient and his condition is worse than the father’s. What would Shiro choose to share with his loved ones in his remaining time?
