Richard and Raymond are two brothers on opposite sides of a gang war. Richard is the leader of his gang while Raymond is just being inducted into a rival gang. Complications arise at a deadly midnight clash when Raymond is asked to kill his brother. Meanwhile, the City Death Squad lurking in the streets is trying to hunt down Richard. Will they take Raymond too?
