Returning to Hong Kong from a European assignment, industrial spies Jackal and Cash find themselves under arrest and blackmailed into stealing counterfeit money plates. With help from their leader, an ex-guerrilla and a computer maven, the team accomplishes its mission. But a nasty surprise awaits - the government double-crossed them, framing them for the crime.
