A few weeks before his wedding, Jerome spends his vacation near Annecy Lake where he runs into Aurora and Laura. The budding romance between Jerome and Laura provides Aurora with the subject of her next novel. Jerome gets caught up in the game and starts seeing Laura regularly who subsequently abandons him for a younger man.
