八○年代共產鐵幕下的波蘭，社會上衝突不斷，軍官之子則整日與好友廝混，不是玩玩龐克樂團、便是偷窺鄰居少婦的美好曲線，恣意享受青春的無限歡愉。直到政府宣佈戒嚴，軍人荷槍實彈佔據了街頭，也將少年無憂無慮的生命逐漸撕裂成碎片。成長叛逆、龐克怒吼、青澀初戀與動盪年代相互疊合，耀眼且惆悵得一如《那年陽光燦爛》。

The film follows four friends in their quest to form a punk band. As workers protests sweep across the country, Janek and Staszek, the sons of a navy man, the rebellious Kazik, and the affluent Diabel gel as a band, but their disparate lives are touched by social turmoil and outside perceptions.
