她在機場準備出國旅行前，跟男友分手了。好巧不巧，竟碰上前任男友帶著現任女友收留了她。在借住前男友家這三十個小時裡，她和他不禁陷入往日甜蜜回憶，還混雜著這些年來一個個前男友「們」的破碎記憶。電影深刻描摹女性之於舊愛的複雜心理，「阿嬌」鍾欣桐復出首作，即使有八卦新聞的曖昧連結，反而更凸顯出她的表演功力。
