下落村又停電了，寧靜漆黑的夜裡但聞蟲鳴狗叫。煩躁不安的村民們聚集在被破壞的電線杆底下，一咒辦事不力的員警，二譙電力公司工人，三來還詛咒神出鬼沒的電纜竊賊。直到有名電力公司員工宛如天降神兵，他要用敏銳的眼以及異常積極的行動，帶人們一窺黑暗中的真相⋯⋯。

There is a blackout again in Sia-Luo Village. Some villagers are complaining about the incompetence of the police and the electricity company and keep cursing the cable thieves who disappeared. An employee of the electricity company leads us to see the secret of the

blackouts through his eyes and his eccentric behaviours.
