台灣在南太平洋的友邦─吐瓦魯，國土只有26平方公里是全球暖化海平面上升後，第一個將被淹沒的小島國。紀錄片導演黃信堯暫時離開八八風災後的家鄉，啟程前往吐瓦魯，在藍天碧海中尋找沉沒之島。拍攝過程中各種意外相繼發生，一趟旅程，種種光怪陸離之異聞錄，他見證的，是吐魯番，還是台灣？

Tuvalu’s territory consists of only 26 square kilometers, and will be the first island nation to be submerged by the ocean once the sea level rises due to the global warming. Director Huang Hsinyao left his hometown after the 88 flooding disaster in Taiwan in search of this

disappearing island. The filming process is marked by a succession of unexpected events.
