本片大概擁有影史上最長的序場，在片名出現前，導演就花了將近40分鐘描寫從緬甸偷渡到泰國的男孩在兩個女人的陪伴下去看皮膚病等生活細節。然後，男孩與年輕女子、年長女人和情夫，不約而同來到森林而再度巧遇。年輕男子的身體在叢林溪澗被慾望著，卻因痛楚而無法親熱；女人們卻歷經了熾烈苦痛後，感受到稍縱即逝輾轉反側的快樂瞬間！

Roong longs to be with her Burmese lover, Min. She pays Orn to take care of Min. The story begins on a Saturday afternoon when Min takes Roong to have a picnic in the jungle. Meanwhile, Orn has also gone to the jungle with Tommy where she meets Roong and Min...Above the forest, the sky is about to rain.
