孤兒寡母從俄國偷渡至比利時，在異鄉隱姓埋名、苟且偷生了八年，終於遭到警方逮捕，為了不被遣返，她堅持不肯吐露真實姓名，因而被拘禁在中繼所，面臨骨肉分離的殘忍考驗，而電話另一端又驚聞黑道亟欲吸收無助的兒子，「為母則強」，這一次她要如何突破重圍回到兒子身邊？
Tania and her son, Ivan, are Russian illegal immigrants living in Belgium. Tania lives in constant fear of having her identity checked by the police – until the day she is arrested. Tania is placed in a holding center. She does everything in her power to find her son again in spite of the constant deportation threat hanging over her head.
